Hi, I'm Treena
My mission is to help you befriend your inner life, to keep you accountable to what you say you want, and mostly, to do the uncomfortable work to get it.
I’ve coached emerging leaders and seasoned executives in global organizations like the New York Times, Amnesty International and the United Nations. I work with people from all kinds of different backgrounds, going through life transitions and wanting to live with more clarity and confidence. Change can be daunting, but nowhere near as scary as the idea of continuing to coast.
I’m certified as a Master Coach in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and hold a coaching certification from Columbia University. I am professionally trained in relationship counseling through Katherine Woodward Thomas and the Gottman Institute. I am a practitioner of Ericksonian hypnosis and have degrees in both Business and Sociology.

Here’s How I Can Help
For Individuals
Life Strategy
Advance your skills in personal leadership — this means making decisions in line with your integrity, managing your emotional state, and doing the uncomfortable things to get you what you need and want. We’ll work together on the inspiring wish that’s on the underside of what scares you.
For Executives
Authentic Leadership
Everything that’s accomplished in the workplace is achieved through people who know how to favorably influence others. As the stakes get higher, you need to care less about what others think of you, feel confident in your judgment and communicate in ways that maintain trust.
For Teams
The Live 360 Feedback Circle
Do you want higher performance AND a team of people that actually like each other? Master the art of giving and receiving feedback. My Live 360 Feedback Circle is a 75-minute workshop where everyone learns how to engage in the difficult conversations that strengthen trust and connection.

Here's How It Works
Step One
Apply to work with me by filling out a quick questionnaire and scheduling a complimentary 60-minute call. We’ll ask each other a lot of questions and you might be surprised at what comes up. We’ll both know without a doubt if we’re meant to work together.
Step Two
We spend time upfront getting clear on what you want and why. We book our sessions one month in advance, and you’ll be assigned some uncomfortable homework you won’t feel like doing. If you want something you’ve never had, you have to do something you’ve never done.
Step Three
If you stay accountable to your coaching experience, your thoughts, feelings and actions will fall powerfully into full alignment with your intentions. You’ll notice your outer life changes in response and you're mastering the tools to make things happen for yourself, no matter the obstacle.
You Are The Source Of Your Own Experience.
