Are You Curious About
What Your Team
Really Thinks Of You?
The facts:
- We all have blindspots. Things others can see but we can't.
- People don't tell us what they see because they worry it'll embarrass or upset us.
- But wow, do we appreciate that one friend who points at the spinach in our teeth.
- That's the kind of relationship we value. We care and respect each other enough to tell the truth.
You spend more time with your colleagues than you do with anyone else. What would it be like to have more open communication and trust in your team?

“They didn’t say anything that I wasn’t expecting, but hearing the same thing from several people makes me more motivated to do something about it.”

The Live 360
Feedback Circle
Practical training in how to give and receive feedback — the right way.
Here's How It Works
#1
Participants Prepare With Me
Feedback is a trained skill. Everyone gets coached privately with me on how to prepare and deliver their feedback well. We ensure that what they want to say is clear, substantiated and actionable. They'll be prepared and likely, a little nervous.
#2
We All Meet As a Group
Participants share their feedback directly with you, and hear others' too. Afterwards, you and I work together to decide HOW you will implement what you heard. I coach you in the new behaviors that will make your job easier and change how others see you.
#3
You Apply The Feedback
You implement the feedback over the next few months. The group then reconvenes to share what they’ve noticed and what the impact has been. It feels good to hear the examples of how your changes have made a meaningful difference.
Live 360 Feedback Circle is Perfect For You If You…
- Want to be a better leader to your team by creating a culture of people whose trust in each other helps them to do incredible work, drama-free
- Are looking for a practical way to train communication skills that will generate more inclusiveness, creativity and healthy debate
- See the limitations in your company’s performance appraisal process, and want a more effective way to strengthen accountability (even if it makes you sweat a little)
Live 360 Feedback Circle is Not For You If You’re…
- Uncomfortable with hearing the truth about yourself because it would threaten your sense of self. The vulnerability doesn't feel worth the risk
- Unsure about your ability to successfully implement the feedback you get and that this would compromise your credibility
- Buying time, while you look for another job. You feel strongly that your environment is impossible and you’ve given up on being able to turn things around where you are

"Coaching and the 360 Circle truly helped me to create the culture change I wanted to see within the Amnesty Tech programme, with a much stronger focus on impact and accountability at the same time as putting people and wellbeing at its heart (when sometimes these things are perceived as running counter to one another)."
Tanya O’Carroll, Co-Founder and Director, Global Technology & Human Rights,
Amnesty International
“Hearing feedback from others offered me different insights in a clear and actionable way. And experiencing this in the presence of other colleagues has given me a support and accountability system to lean on in the following months - what a gift!”

“We work in the most difficult places in the world dealing with hunger, poverty and injustice. Yet the biggest challenges we face are internal. Most of our energy is spent on personal conflicts that arise from disrespect. Your workshops have been teaching us to be accountable for our perceptions, to listen and to see ourselves in others. When we are getting along well, we can focus on quality solutions rather than on making ourselves feel relevant.”
